Pay for the work.

Sumchat uses a prepaid balance. There is no mandatory subscription, seat fee, or brand fee.

Your balance. Your limits.

Personal conversations use your authorized personal funding arrangement. Workspace group work uses the workspace’s shared balance. Your billing page shows usage, funds held for work, and any amount owed.

Daily spending limits stop new paid work or paid steps once reached. They do not cancel work already admitted or its charges. Work already admitted can finish above its initial hold and create an amount owed; the next credit repays that amount first.

$25 welcome credit for new verified users

Welcome credit is granted once per verified person, not per workspace. Access is currently by invitation and requires an eligible iMessage number. Use your welcome credit to start working with Sumchat, then add funds when you need more.

Adding funds

Purchased top-ups do not expire. Promotional credit has the expiry disclosed when it is granted, has no cash value, and is not refundable.

Automatic reloads are optional. They start only after the card owner enables them with the disclosed threshold and amount. A one-time top-up does not turn them on.

Storage and other purchases

Workspace storage is an optional monthly purchase. Before purchase, the owner sees the amount due now, monthly price, funding source, and how to stop renewal. Other feature or resource purchases use their specific quote.

Stopping and refunds

You can stop using Sumchat, turn off automatic reloads, stop storage renewal, and request account or workspace deletion at any time. Turning off reloads stops new reload charges; it does not reverse earlier charges or cancel admitted work.

Stopping storage renewal takes effect at the end of the paid period. On account termination, you may request a refund of unused purchased top-ups within 90 days by contacting [email protected]. Earlier Aurasaur purchase rights and refund commitments are preserved.
